The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Interns that are part of the Next Gen Team report directly to EOP Academic Success & Retention Specialist, Lauren Cristobal. It is the goal of EOP to build a foundation from which our interns are able to
demonstrate the following requisite core competencies that broadly prepare them for success in the workplace and
lifelong career management:
