- Responsible for the mission concept development, operational design, fiscal authority utilization, and sustainment of a SECDEF-funded, $40M-clandestine network.
- Manages and plans a 5-yr executable sensitive activities program in order to recover isolated personnel beyond the reach of conventional forces.
- Oversees distress beacons & SOS devices; coordinates with 24/7 alert rescue platforms & personnel
- Advises personnel on survival, evasion, resistance, and ecape plans of action in the event of isolation and/or capture
Ground Based Controller

- Liaison between a forward positioned Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and any Close Air Support (CAS) centric fixed aircraft, surveillance aircraft (AWACS & JSTARS), and reconnaissance aircraft (RC-135) in the event of a Troops In Contact.

- Provides a digital and voice interface using Link 16, SADL, and SATCOM. Mobilizes and deploys in support of Global Response Force engagements to provide seamless connectivity utilizing Multi-band Multi Mission Radios (AN/PRC-117F/G, PRC-148, PRC-152).
- Received Command & Control Battle Management Operator of the Year Award, as well as the Air Combat Command's General George C. Kenny Award for making the largest contribution in the area of lessons learned - 2015
