  • Pick/Pack: I would collect certain items from certain shelves, then pack and prepare the merchandise safely and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learning ambassador: trained and guided new associates in the process of packing, picking, and shipping, and reported any feedback to the managers.
  • Ship dock: I had the role of PG, which meant I had to assist my PA with specific tasks. I would set up all the shuttles in particular locations, place specific barcodes on each one, deal with accepting or declining truck drivers due to space, change out full shuttles with a pallet jack, scan them into the correct trailers, and assist other associates with scanning packages into the shuttles due to workload.
