1) Catalog rare books, ephemera, photographs, archives, and large collections.

2) Quote material to private collectors and established institutions, such the Church History Library in Salt Lake City, among other national libraries.

3) Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with private collectors and institutions.

4) Assist with appraisal documents and consignments.

5) Prepare for and run the bookstore's booth at out of state antiquarian book fairs, as well as attending to the logistics related to the book fairs (travel, lodging, payment, booth layout).

6) Assist in the production of catalogs/lists showcasing our inventory, and offer them to the book trade and clients.

7) Communicate the titles that the bookstore needs to the book scouts.

8) Watch over the rare items stored in our safe and accommodate patrons in the rare book room.

1) Organized store merchandise racks and displays to promote and maintain visually appealing environments.

2) Worked with publishers to obtain new books.

3) Was in charge of the Special Service Desk where my duties involved customer service and acquiring new and used book special orders.

4) Was employed in the Rare Book Room assisting customers and cataloging books to place them in the online marketplace.
