Provided consistency in Mill Control room, adhered to all safety and production policies and assisted Operations Supervisor. Acted as  Supervisor when required. Collaborated to achieve our production goals. There were 6 Mills that ran through the control room. Effective day to day execution and operation of large  processing plant equipment, identified reliability issues, and managed   reporting. Was responsible for understanding the entire processing  production circuit  Additionally, I mentored less experienced production technicians, teaching processing production best practices.

Conducted maintenance planning and analysis following  Safety Production Policies.  Assisted in the long development of long-range maintenance management schedules and budgets. Develop short range maintenance schedules. Experienced in planning, developing, and  implemented department projects. Ensured that all department work being  performed is planned in a safe manner and that all work meets or exceeds MSHA/OSHA standards. Conduct weekly Operations/Maintenance meeting. Order   necessary parts and materials to complete work. Prepare forecasts for future maintenance activities on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Ensure the accuracy in Ellipse 6.3.2 database. This included equipment and historical work. Work order discipline and accurate cost accounting. In this time span Supervised Mill Maintenance for some time. Executed planned work in a timely manner. Conducted Daily Safety meetings, monitored maintenance mechanics work performance and took corrective action if necessary.
