Manage staff, and daily restaurant duties while giving guests the best experience. Responsible for tracking daily bar sales, liquor orders, and Bar prep, and all Togo orders. Training new staff and encouraging a positive workplace. Opening and closing duties as a key staff member. End of day sales entries and tip payout to staff.
