Driven and dynamic, I advanced from a pad tech at Addcar Mining America to adeptly operating heavy machinery, showcasing my mechanical understanding and efficient multitasking. Excelling in equipment operation and maintenance, my career is marked by a proactive approach to learning and a solid track record in enhancing operational efficiency.
At Addcar, I started my career as a pad tech. My duties were prepping and hooking up cars (cars are essentially mobile conveyor belts hooked to a miner and sent underground on a highwall system). While working as a pad tech, my other duties included a lot of hydraulic maintenance and mechanics on a joy miner. Currently, I have moved my way up with the company, and I now run a Cat 988 wheel loader.
Through my time with the Wright brothers, I have done a number of jobs for them. I have run CAT 745 haul trucks, different sizes of excavators, rollers, compactors, and dozers. I have also done a good amount of servicing and maintenance, as well as running a water truck to keep up with dust on the roads the equipment is running on. My time with the Wright brothers has been widespread, as this work was seasonal and was only done at certain times of the year.
At Audubon Metals, I was a stacker operator, which was essentially an assembly line coming from a furnace and press that made small ingots that came down a conveyor into a stacker. I had to band the stacks together, and when a stacker would mess up, we would hand-stack ingots.
RC Cola was a high school job. I worked early morning hours and late evening hours of my choice, traveling between stores, going through inventory, ordering new stock, and stocking shelves.
