After the company shifted its focus I was offered a position in project management. My role included:

-Being the point of contact for all active roofing sites for the customer and crew

-Material runs

-Communicate drop-offs/ pick-ups of unused material at the suppliers

-Photograph all jobs to document progress and completion

-Quality check all jobs and clean up

This company found me at a home show and wanted to recruit me to develop an in person marketing department for the company. In this role for the 5 offices Freedom had, I designed a booth setup for both indoor and outdoor events. I trained current employees on how to make community events and home shows productive. I also went door to door to generate sales and leads the sales team could close.

I was offered this position as a promotion from the management position. My role included:

-Hiring

-Booking events

-Reporting productivity

-Quarterly reports

-Display inventory

The goal of this position was to assist the district manager in running a successful team for home shows and community events in the Akron and Cleveland area. My role Included:

-Show set up and tear down

-Lead Gen.

-Training

-Scheduling

-Finding events

-Expense Management

Shady Hollow had an exciting sports-style bar in the basement that I got to bartend in. My role included:

-Making drinks and putting in food orders

-Managing member relationships

-Reporting member feedback for future club operations

-Running the indoor golf simulator

-Maintaining the used space
