Health and Exercise Science Senior Capstone, University of Oklahoma  

• Collaborated with three other students on creating an experiment that tested the effect of carbohydrates on vertical jump performance in males and females.
• Recruited participants to be assigned to four different random experimental groups.
• Transformed quantitative data by using SPSS 29 to look for significant values, then analyzed data using ANOVA and found no difference between carbohydrate intake and vertical jump performance between genders.

• Participated as a research subject in a study conducted by a master's student.
• Engaged in various physical assessments and exercise protocols to assess whether the time of the day had an effect on salivary testosterone and cortisol levels in response to a HIIT workout.
