Ethan Heinzerling

Im a hard worker and a dedicated self starter, During my time with my current company, Gilson, I have received many compliments on not only my work ethic but the quality of my work as well, along with work efficacy. I was in charge of a great deal of tasks, such as international shipping, domestic shipping, maintenance work around the warehouse and office sections, as well as other tasks. In regards to my two car wash jobs, I was very communicative with customers and fellow employees as well, selling memberships and giving the highest quality washes I could. As for my first job at Agee Clymer, a law firm at which my father is a partner, I served as the only file clerk utilizing their new filing system which was completely online, transitioning old hard copy files into their new file database.

While these are only examples of who I am as a worker, it is only the tip of the iceberg as who I am as a person. I am currently a sophomore at Ohio University studying Communication sciences with a minor in marketing, I have already made the deans list twice in my time here, and I intend to make it each semester looking forward. I am a great planner who holds themselves to a rigorous schedule and is punctual with all formal, education, and work matters.

When I was only 15 years I got the opportunity of a lifetime, to go on a 90-day program in the Utah desert to hike and explore with a group to better myself mentally, while it was no easy task being that far away from home with no communication with any friends or even family, It helped shape me into the hard working, determined, and passionate man I am today and I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity I had. I learned how to be self-reliant, strong willed, as well as work with others and communicate in a proper fashion when working in a group setting.
