At chipotle I started as a crew member at the age of 18, and then Ii worked my way up through trainer to now a kitchen leader. As soon as I go on to winter break as well I will be promotedd to service leaders. Here at this facility I make sure that people are doing their jobs correctly and making sure that the food is rang in, and portioned correctly while also cooking the food.
