After one year with the organization, served as the suspension sub-team lead managing repairs and upgrades on a tight budget to optimize vehicle performance and reliability for endurance racing in the '24 Hours of Lemons' series.

• Developed leadership skills by coordinating sub-team efforts, delegating tasks, and mentoring new members in automotive repair and suspension design
• Managed repair schedules and budgets to ensure timely upgrades and cost-effective solutions without compromising vehicle safety or performance
• Diagnosed and resolved mechanical issues related to vehicle suspension systems, enhancing performance and durability for endurance racing conditions

Project sponsored by ECS Environmental Solutions to develop comprehensive safety procedures, tools, and system improvements for their manufacturing facility in Belton, Texas. This project addressed key operational challenges including emergency communication and evacuation planning, with an emphasis on OSHA compliance and employee training.

• Acted as the primary liaison between ECS leadership and the capstone team, facilitating clear communication and aligning project deliverables with stakeholder expectations through regular progress updates and feedback sessions
• Conducted facility assessments and collected operational data to identify safety risks, evaluate system alternatives, and support recommendations for process improvements
