- I started in the bag room, parking carts, and bringing out carts for members, cleaning clubs.
- Then, as well as setting the range every day, clean it by picking it at night.
- Then, in February of 2023, a spot opened up in the Pro Shop, so I took that, and the daily routine was answering calls, assisting members with their tee times, and addressing problems that arose on the course.
- Then, in July of 2023, my head pro offered me the opportunity to be his assistant and help run tournaments.
- Since then, I have been running tournaments through GolfGenius on a weekly basis, and I go back through to make sure everything is correct or to make changes when I need to.
- We will run everything from Round Robins, match play events, club championships, and even just simple individual stroke play events, or just fun scrambles.
- For bigger club tournaments, I have to coordinate with Food & Bev, as well as the Director of Events.

- I used to work in the pro shop at Park Ridge, checking people in, answering phone calls, and guiding guests when needed. We were generally short-staffed, so every now and then, I would go out and help the ranger.
