Responded to calls on a 5 day basis on a 8-12 hour shift per day. I would have to communicate a temporary fix if an ETA was too long. Otherwise, I had to dispatch different services to the location of the vehicle for a repair or tow. I effectively handled hundreds of over the road vehicles throughout a week.
