Ethan Tepe

i work for the Florida Cracker Company i work at different places in the company. i work at The Monkey Bar, Bob's Oyster Bar, and The Tap Room. They are all ran by The Florida Cracker Company. The Tap Room and Monkey Bar are both the same they are pizza places.

The Tap Room is different then The Monkey Bar. I prep there and make food the prep is different then The Monkey Bar and a lot more complicating im more of a fill in at The Tap Room.

The Monkey Bar I am a line cook that makes pizza and a few other food items. I prep but its a lot simpler then the Tap Room.

The Oyster Bar I am a line cook I deal with the oysters and the other off items. I prep its different then The Monkey Bar and The Tap Room. I do the truck orders and unload the truck orders and put them where they go. I do the innovatory there and help with a few other thing around the place that are not expected of me like running food when the bar tenders are busy and helping the bar tenders out with trash and garbing things for them when they are busy.

• I took part in several community service projects through JROTC, which helped me understand the importance of giving back and being involved in my community. Being in the program also gave me a chance to build leadership skills by joining in on different training activities and working closely with other cadets. I tried to set a good example by showing respect to my peers and instructors and by staying disciplined in and out of uniform. On top of that, I focused on improving my physical fitness so I could perform better during JROTC athletic events and competitions.

Tepe furniture is a family company that has sadly shout down but i am happy that i worked there i have learned a skill that sadly dying.

For the first year i worked there i did chores around the building cleaning and making sure that the shop looks good in the front and back while also leaning how to refinish furniture.

For the second year i upholster furniture it required taring down the furniture (repairing if needed or adding stans to the wood) then using the fabric that the costumer wants on it and then give it to the detailer to make sure it looks good. I did the truck where i would load it (if there was orders that needed to be drooped off) and pick up orders.
