Summary

I have been a police officer since March of 2017. I completed my field training and probationary period without incident. After 2 years of service on patrol, I was recommended by a veteran officer and completed the GPSTC Field Training Officer course through GA Post in Garden City Ga. I trained new and prior service officers until 2019 when I joined the Glynn County GOHS HEAT traffic team. There I completed Radar/lidar, standardized field sobriety, and advanced roadside impaired driver evaluation training. I investigated aggressive driving and DUI enforcement until 2020 when I requested transfer back to patrol. I continued training new officers until 2022 when I applied for and was accepted into GCPD CID. There I have trained in sexual assault investigation, gang recognition and prosecution, interviewing techniques and interrogations, Tac-Med, Street Gang Investigations, conspiracy investigations and others. I have successfully investigated, prosecuted and received convictions in homicide, aggravated assaults, robberies, criminal street gang activity, and sexual assaults. I have created operation plans and overseen their execution. Along with coordinating with multiple local agencies and federal agencies for large operations. In 2023 I tried out and was accepted on the Glynn County SWAT team. I have completed basic SWAT and received my certificate. I am proficient on all lethal weapons platforms and maintain a high level of proficiency. I am well versed in training new officers and have much experience applying and investigating all levels of felony and misdemeanor law.
