During my time with Skytank, I was tasked with answering, relaying, and deescalating emergency calls. There, I followed established protocols for professional handling of emergency situations. In addition, I offered friendly and efficient service to callers and handled fast-paced challenging situations with ease.

The responsibilities of a Deli Clerk are vast, they include, providing significant and impactful customer service, being able to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and effectively communicating to your peers in order to provide high-quality service.

At Laredo Taco Company Training location in Parrish, FL, I kept the LTC compliant with all food safety regulations, took routine inventory audits and orders, trained corporate staff (Restaurant Leaders, Store Leaders, District Managers, etc.), de-escalated customer/employee and employee/employee conflicts with effective listening and communication skills and provided premier customer service.

Publix at Holmes Beach is notorious for being a fast paced and bustling atmosphere. There I was responsible for getting items on shelves, providing premier customer service, and loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks.

Whilst there -during my evaluations- both times I received "Successful" scores.

As a Crew Member, I worked with other members of our lawn teams to give customers exactly what they wanted: a beautiful and pristine lawn. Stagg has always made customer service one of it's priorities. There I provided manual labor; In the form of mowing, edging, weed whacking, blowing, hedge trimming, weeding and installing/uninstalling various plant life.
