Driven and hardworking mother of two who immigrated to the United States in 2015. I find motivation in what I do, as I provide medically necessary information and resources to those who often struggle with knowing where to look. I aim to be the type of resource to which those who share similar experiences as I can find comfort and assistance, focusing on details that others often overlook. Working closely with organizations and women-dominated communities, it is always educational to see what those from other parts of the world can incorporate.

Working with "Community Leaders of RI" and "Poder En Salud"

• "Caminata de La Vida" where we gather and participate in a walk-a-thon throughout the city to gain and spread awareness for breast cancer.
• "Yoga at the Park" where we organized a gathering for local yoga instructors from all throughout RI could come and people could inquire more of the benefits of yoga on your health.
• "Candle and Sip" where we organized an event where those interested could participate in creating a candle and learning about the process from a local small business owner while enjoying refreshing wine.
• "Desayuno Rosado" is the most famous event hosted by Mujeres Positvas where everyone gathers in their best pink attire to sit down and eat while discussing the impacts and importance of being aware for early signs of cancer. Desayuno Rosado translates to Pink Breakfast.
