• Tested specific functionalities and wrote comprehensive cases and workflows for the FI modules process
• Supported the development of How-To guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for internal and external controls
• Assisted and trained focal points and trainers, prepared training materials, and provided support to internal and external users of the FI modules.

• Assisted and trained the hiring unit and the project teams during the selection and contracting process of consulting firms
• Verification of processes in Convergence BEO Firm Procurement module and guide users to complete them
• Review of project documents during Quality and Risk Review process and provide necessary comments regarding firms procurement
• Enhancement of the BEO Portal and Convergence Procurement module.

• Coordinated and supervised key aspects of the implementation of a large portfolio of more than 20 development projects funded by the IDB in the following areas: transport, energy, agricultural and natural resources development, environment, climate change, tourism
• Advised the project team and Haitian government officials for the design, execution, monitoring and closing activities of the operations
• Worked for the creation and operation of the Procurement Unit and the Financial Cellule in the Ministry of Agriculture
• Worked on innovation for the COF, Data Champion for Salesforce, and others
