Performs a variety of duties in the maintenance of Santa Barbara building facilities, primarily handled a variety of intermediate and advance Mechanical, plumbing ,carpentry and electrical work. Performs routine maneuvers with power equipment such as Backhoe, Trenchers, dump trucks, skip loaders, water truck and / or street sweepers to assist in the performance of construction and repair projects, digging and removing earth, sweeping streets and removing debris. Installs and repair water meters, for low and high consumptions, deals tactfully with the public when collecting money and / or turning off water on delinquent accounts.
