We specialize in subacuite unit as well in med surge and emergency room also,in subacuite unit.we care for patienets thet have spinal cord injuires as well as brail traumatic injuries we turn them evry 2 hrs and record in and out puts showers,ventilators,catheres ,We make sure their dry and clean at all times,we do our Q4 and chart in computers evry 2 hrs as we do our rounds and any chage thir is todo ,and we ansewer call bells and help them in thir needs, as well we have a code team when we have a emergency to do CPR and have to response on a quick of matter times.As well i was a telemetry tech,iwould answer phones,make the charts for patient that we admit from the ER,read their rhythm,and if i see something diffrent alwasys reported to the nurse,make paperwork for thier surgerys,As well to arrange their appoinment when thery where discharged,make labelsfor thir charts as well patient braslets.and help giving thier breaks to the CNA in the floor.
