Eva Busse

I have many jobs at the Chaska Community Center. Working as a preschool sports coach, mainly gymnastics, but also other sports during different times of the year. Also through the community center I also am able to pick up shifts for events through the center. I have helped with many things such as elementary school sports, adaptive sports and city events, like Fire and Ice, as well. This job has helped me to work with my community and teach me new social and leadership skills.

During this job I had overseen daily cash handling procedures, maintaining accurate records and minimizing discrepancies. As well as learning Card and POS systems. While also maintaining a clean and safe work environment while ensuring all employees adhered to safety guidelines and protocols. My job was to take orders, create the Açaí Bowls and then hand the bowls to customers. Because I was a Shift-lead I had also dealt with training new employees and delegated daily tasks and responsibilities.
