I am applying for the Lieutenant position because I will fulfill this position to the highest level of my abilities. Keeping a level-head under pressure during stressful situations. Being responsible of myself and others. Not freelancing or ignoring other officers when there is tasks to be taken care of. Management experience. Taking orders without question. My Experience, Knowledge, and mostly Dedication are what I take great pride in on the Fire Department. I believe that if I become Lieutenant, I will do so respectfully, humble, and with a positive attitude.

• 12 years Experience on Rehoboth Fire Dept.
• Confident Experience on interior/exterior, brush, and vehicle fire suppression.
• Confident Experience on MVAs, Extrication, and Fatal emergencies.
• Confident Experience in Patient Care.
• Confident Experience on Drafting, Water Supply, and Pumping on all apparatus in Station 2.
• Confident Experience in Emergency Vehicle Operations, regardless of terrain/conditions and being able to drive/MPO all apparatus in Station 2.
• Experience of being command on multiple calls.
• Knowledge of street and road locations in town.
• Knowledge of water hole locations in district.
• Knowledge of wooded areas and trails in district (knowing wether or not vehicle/ATV accessible, and where sections lead to).
• Knowledge of street and road locations in surrounding towns for mutual aid.
• Knowledge of all equipment and tool locations on apparatus.
• Knowledge of all equipment operation on apparatus.
• Maintenance and repairs on all pieces of apparatus and equipment when asked to do so.
• Drivers Training instructing when asked to do so.
• Training Probationary members on various duties when asked to do so.
