My experience as a surveyor quickly developed from just a rod man to a hybrid employee that could complete every step of the process from start to finish. At my current place of employment I have adopted a roll in which I am extensively involved in correspondence, quoting, research, organization, preparation, field work, drafting, and final deliverables.
Separate from, but applicable to my experience as a surveyor, I value teamwork, accountability and I strive to be relentless, driven, and principled in all aspects of my life.
