As a Full-Time On-Road Supervisor at UPS, I oversee and support package car drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and service-driven operations. My role includes conducting ride-along observations, coaching drivers on UPS methods and safety standards, addressing performance and service issues, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with DOT and company policies. I also assist with driver training, daily dispatch support, and problem-solving to maintain a strong safety culture and consistent operational performance.

• As a frontline supervisor my duties included managing a group of employees to keep a safe working environment and enforcing safety procedures, following up on service failures and implementing solutions to minimize errors, and training employees to continuously improve
• I worked in multiple areas in my time as a frontline supervisor, but the focus was always on promoting safety, minimizing errors and meeting production goals
• Other tasks I have been assigned are putting together daily reports summing up service errors and effectiveness in the load areas and reviewing results daily with the operations supervisors.
• As well as maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on use of control points, equipment and resources.

• As a part time package handler my duties were to load customer packages to their correct trailer destination, making sure we used the correct loading techniques to ensure a good steady wall of packages for the next Hub to handle and minimizing damages to packages in transit, whilst making sure we are working safely and effectively.
