- Developed and fostered working relationships with local elected officials, municipal administration, town committees, advocacy groups, and telecommunication companies. Organized over $950k from nine municipalities from a mix of funding pools and $1.5 million from County ARPA funds as matching funds toward state grants. All three of these grants were successful and are receiving over $8 million in state grants, bringing over $35 million in total investments to 13 municipalities which will provide over 30,000 households and businesses access to fiber internet. Educated the public and local officials, lobbied local legislators, and negotiated terms with companies.
