- Responsible for multi-year re-outfitting of the department’s special rescue equipment, including dive rescue equipment, dive equipment trailer, rescue paddle boards, river and floodwater rescue personal protective equipment and tools
- Manage the maintenance, repairs and service records for 4 lifeguard trucks, 2 UTVs, 1 IRB and 2 PWCs
- Coordinated Solana Beach Junior Lifeguard program with over 1200 participants
- Co-Manage Junior Lifeguard budget in addition to line items on the Marine Safety operations budget
