Evan Sudaley

I’m Evan Sudaley, a sophomore finance major at Penn State focused on equity research and market analysis. I’m an active member of the Penn State Finance Society (PSFS) and the Nittany Market Analysis Association (NMAA), and I serve as the social chair for Sigma Chi.

• Analyze the current state of financial markets topics, such as monetary policy, fiscal policy, geopolitical tensions, earnings releases, industry trends, M&A and capital markets, inflation, labor market, housing data, along with economic surveys
• Engage in thoughtful dialogue regarding the fundamental drivers and intricacies of global rates, currencies, commodities, credit, and equity markets, and analyzing past performance via case studies, as well as debating outlooks with other members

• Networked with guest speakers from leading financial firms across the country to gain insights into industry trends and professional experiences.
• Explored financial markets and diverse career paths within the finance sector through regular speaker sessions and discussions.
• Participated in networking events with professionals from various financial disciplines, building industry connections and career exposure.

• Planned, budgeted, and executed fraternity social operations with oversight of a $100,000 annual budget, maintaining expenditures within 5% of allocated limits of 30+ events per semester
• Coordinated with vendors and venues, negotiated pricing, and ensured risk management compliance
• Developed event calendars and tracked expenses, reinforcing fiscal accountability within the chapter
