- Comply with the rule book and all relevant safety procedures and processes and enforce them to all relevant in-house staff or subcontractors
- Responsible for controlling the security in all areas of the Metro/Tram such as office buildings, stations, depots, auxiliary buildings and park and ride areas
- Monitor via CCTV all critical infrastructure at depots, stations and stabling yards and complete critical infrastructure checklist/reports and escalate security concerns to the Security Supervisor
- Manage all requests received via email or from Security Supervisor/other departments regarding access control, CCTV investigations, footage extraction and viewing and access card requests
