I am a dynamic leader and an excellent problem-solver. Very skilled at multi-tasking and excel in fast-paced work environments. I strive for the best quality ensurance and efficiency. I have a proven track record at Wal-Mart for providing professional customer service and never giving up on any project or task until the customer is fully satisfied. I consistently exceed production goals by building off of teamwork and innovation. Communication is my key to success though customers, team members, and management. I have developed many skills and much knowledge to take on any challenge and adapt to change.

• Achieved the role of Back Room Champion through developing a change in our work procedures to make them faster and efficient for more productivity. With this label I was incharge of training all of our staff on our new procedures and became a permanent trainer for new and upcoming associates until my Team Lead promotion.
• Collaborated with my supporting managers where we created a system of rewards in which if our associates names were mentioned in surveys for our services the associate would receive an item of value of their choosing. This boosted morale between coworkers and drove up our customers feedback giving our store a better 5 star rating.
