I would prepare a full course breakfast for guests, delivering these meals to every room.

I would retrieve and clean the dishes and kitchen from breakfast.

I would do the prep work needed for the next shift.

Additionally I would speak to customers to answer any simple questions they had or bring any requested complementary items to guests.

I would welcome and seat guests, clean and maintain the dining room and bar room, deliver food and nonalcoholic beverages to guests, input requests into the POS computer system, close out customers tabs, turnover tables in an efficient manner, do the cleaning and prep work for closing.
