Accomplishments

  • Fraud Investigator, worked a multi-agency investigation to include German Polizei, involving stolen materials that utilized fraudulent work orders as reasons to purchase. The DPW workers used original signed orders by unit commanders to over purchase materials, then used the materials on their own houses and sold the material to other people on the black market. The loss to the government was over 1 million dollars. Investigation was referred to the Major Procurement Unit, where they received compensation fraud criminal conviction in Germany by German courts. Subjects was ordered to pay restitution to the U.S. Army, and some received jail time.
  • Executive Protection Expert, created, supervised, and have directed multi-agency executive protection teams for the top five in the Department of Defense, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, to include the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense and the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs, worldwide. I created teams, created schedules, supervised, directed personnel and conducted motorcade operations by employing advanced teams, limousine and follow car protective techniques, which were performed under exigent circumstances in the course of assigned duties, with zero loss or harm to the protectee in over 500 missions worldwide.
  • Supervisory Special Agent, supervised a multi-agency investigative teams of Special Agents assigned to the Drug Suppression Team- High Value Drug dealers in Hawaii and on all Military Installations.   • General Crimes Investigator, resolved a theft ring investigation by utilizing an informant, an undercover agent, and a technical listening device. Subject was Kuwaiti and tried by Kuwaiti civilian court. Recovered over 100 items stolen from the motor pool valued at $200,000.00.
  • Drug Suppression Team Lead, participated in and supervised numerous highly volatile overt and covert narcotics operation involving designer drugs. In one year seized over $1,000,000.00 in cocaine working with DEA and local police.
  • Evidence Custodian, in charge of 3 evidence rooms. One evidence room had over 2000 pieces of evidence, disposed of over 250 pieces of evidence, effectively reducing the backlog by 12.5%. One evidence room had over 600 pieces of evidence which were not maintained within accordance with Army regulation 195-5. I brought that evidence room to standards within accordance to 195-5.
