Ewan Parker

I acted as a liaison between CDS's FOH managers, and student workers at Calvin University's dining halls. My job included handling communication between front and back of house, as well as between CDS and student workers. I was also the first line of contact for student worker discipline, and mediated all conflicts on the floor.

• Worked as a line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, front house server, stocker.
• Cleaned and serviced kitchen after shifts.
• Inspected dishes and utensils for cleanliness.
• Complied with health and safety regulations, maintaining top cleanliness and organization.
