- started as a Pharmacy Technician and dispensed doses as well as prepared solutions and manufactured final product vials for all products dispensed at Sofie.
- cleaned and prepared dispensing hot cell for production days,
- performed environmental monitoring as well as sterility testing and sterility monitoring through out incubation.
- prepared prescription orders and dose cases before production to prepare for dose drawing.
- performed clean room cleaning and LAFH cleaning and environmental monitoring.
- In 2018 I was promoted to Quality Control/Production Associate and perform QC data analysis on Galium-68, PYL, FBB, FPP, NAF, FDG and GNE.
- prepare solutions and perform system suitability for all products manufactured at Sofie.
- perform scheduled maintenance on HPLC, Gas chromatography, PH meter, balances, dose calibrators, thin layer chromatography and data loggers.
- I perform the daily radio safety survey and wipe test for the facility as well as daily cleans and scheduled cleanings for the HPLC's and GC's in the Quality Control lab.
- I am trained on daily sterility monitoring and data logger monitoring.
- initiate and collaborate with Quality Assurance to close out deviation reports, out of specification, and NAY reports.
