As a Fryer, my duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing work surfaces and equipment.

• Monitor oil temperature to ensure optimal frying conditions.
• Adhere to cooking times for consistent food quality and taste.
• Keep an organized workspace to enhance efficiency during busy hours.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Followed safety procedures for operating and loading and unloading passengers from amusement park rides.
• Adapted quickly to new ride assignments, learning proper operation techniques efficiently to minimize downtime between shifts.
