Kyle LaPolt

I have lived in East Hampton Connecticut my entire life. I grew up playing soccer for Oakwood Soccer Club in Glastonbury CT in the US soccer Development academy. I attended East Hampton public schools where I took interests in learning about history,government,and international relations. This led me to Roger Williams University where I am currently a member of the mens soccer team and a Political Science major. As of the 2022/2023 school year I am the secretary of the college Republicans at Roger Williams University.

I love being a part of the community around me. In High School I have volunteered at soup Kitchens in the past and have helped stock shelves and clean in homeless shelters. During my first semester at Springfield College I helped volunteer for Special Olympics. When it comes to Politics and Political science, it is an intense passion of mine that I very much love. Mixing my love for Politics and community is a driving force for me to get involved in politics in the community around me and is something I want to pursue. My dream is to be a senator and I firmly believe that I attain the skills to pursue that dream.
