In charge of overseeing, supervising and maintaining 894 homes and 273 RV sites.(The Day to Day Operations.)

Responsible for 4 maintenance personnel, planning large projects, analyzing problems ranging from mechanical, underground leaks, pool operations consisting of 3 pools and 2 jacuzzis totaling 200,000 gallons of water.

Promoted to Park Manager

Manage a community of 700 home sites and 273 RV sites.

Took a very active role with a hands on approach to resident concerns, worked with HOA Board, Collected/responsible for all monthly incoming rental proceeds and posting to appropriate accounts. Delivering deposits to bank. Worked hand in hand with the Activities Director in planning events and community activities for the Residents.

Forest Lake Estates - 1993-1998

Promoted to Construction Manager

Duties included: Completion of Double Wide mobile homes from site preparation to move in ready. Set electrical, concrete and aluminum. Worked with the County on all permitting through the County for 100 houses per year for 5 years.

Forest Lake Estates - 1991-1993

Heavy Equipment Operator

Duties included: Fork Lift; Backhoe; Bulldozer and Loader Operator for the development of a 55+ retirement community which would consist of 894 units.

Other duties/training over the years at Forest Lake Estates:

• Paid close attention to guidelines, specifications and detailed instructions to continuously adhere to strict operational and maintenance regulations.
• Monitored priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management, delegating tasks to complete on time.
• Monitored safety compliance to maintain strict standards and protect team members from harm.
• Reviewed and studied blueprints to double-check installation and implementation project requirements.
• Hired and trained new workers to improve efficiency of department and cultivate productive work atmosphere.
• Supervised employees and scheduled shifts.
• Rolled out improved training programs for maintenance employees.
