
I offer experience as a Maintenance Technician, Supervisor & Chief Building Engineer. My professional background encompasses over 20 years of experience within the Electrical, HVAC & Maintenance Industry. I combine extensive skills in Management, Installations, Repairs, Organization and Safety. My experience is in first response to all Engineering needs including Coordinating Capital Improvements, Monitoring Deadlines, Managing Current Projects, Safety & Security Systems, HVAC & Energy Management Systems, Completing work orders and PM’s. Currently I’m employed with Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses. I maintain 11 student housing buildings with 1800 rooms. I manage projects and coordinate with vendors. For the last several years I worked as a Lead Building Engineer, Chief Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor and Electrical Instructor for Florida Technical College, managing crews for PM Repairs, Installations and Work Order Systems. Prior to that I managed crews for residential remodeling, LED lighting retrofit and other projects for HOA’s and local businesses. For 5 years I performed HVAC and Electrical Maintenance as a Mobile Engineer for Bank of America and Humana. For 17 years I served as a Journeyman Electrician with the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority. After 10 years as an Electrician, I was promoted to Maintenance Management, which included the Supervising of Electrical and Lighting Repairs.
