Hello, my name is Fabian Alejandro Olvera! I am an altruistic, hardworker, and determined worker. If there is anything a co-worker needs, I'm there to be able to help with whatever they need when it comes to helping with their work. I never put down an opportunity on potentially helping a person and getting to know them. Another thing is that when it comes to co-worker compatibility or customers, I'm told that I'm an empathetic and open minded person. Even under stressful environments like a disrupting customer, I'm able to deescalate or confront a patron when they need help or are causing a scene. At times, I will make mistakes when it comes to both speaking to patrons or work tasks. But I always make up for it as I always ask questions, understand and accept criticism and am willing to accept any information that could help me finish the task better. Once I receive any feedback, I begin to feel determined to make things right and finish the task successfully.
