Hard working self motivated individual that cares about fulfilling the purple promise not just to our costumers but also to all Fedex ground employees in regards to safety first. My past experience as trainer as well as over 2 years working as a part time manager/ full time operations supervisor here at the 923 Hub. It has taught me the importance of not just communication but also understanding and working smart and hard at the same time whilst learning from any opportunity possible using the principles of Quality Driven Management. My experience as a trainer and time spent learning from one of the best training managers I've had the opportunity to work with as well as my ability to work well with others and to be able to communicate objectives and goals to my teammates makes me firmly believe i have what it takes to apply all of my knowledge and skills to meet and exceed all goals and metrics. I am hungry and wiling to put in the time and effort to assist in working with trainers and managers to better prepare our employees to hit the standards and goals we have, in order to improve operations here at the Rialto HUB as an operations Training Supervisor.
