As the team lead I oversee the employees on the cardiac tele unit. I’m in charge of making sure everyone licenses are up to date. I’m responsible to have staff meeting, floor schedule and all team building actovities.

I oversee the comprehensive schedule for our clients, ensuring that we have the ideal staff coverage for full-time, per diem, and agency personnel. I meticulously confirm the daily visits of our clients and effectively coordinate any adjustments to their scheduled visits.

• Taking responsibility for watching patients' heart rates and reporting important changes to the nursing staff
• Using equipment that tracks several patients simultaneously
• Helping clean and maintain equipment and ensure batteries are charged and installed properly
