• A member of the Pembroke Activities Council ( PAC) responsible for planning and developing budgets for all major university student engagement events , including Homecoming week by estimating costs and allocating funds
• Request , compare and evaluate vendor quotes for food trucks , decor and entertainment ( homecoming shows ) to identify cost-effective options and support financial decision making
• Track and document event expenses to maintain transparency and stay within university funding guidelines .
