Create & execute large scale weekend volunteer team experiences for a large, multi-site church in the Bay Area. Work with leadership teams to create processes that encourage a feeling of welcomeness & inclusion for all guests.

Events include everything from church services, concerts, conferences to community building & staff appreciation and training.

In collaboration with compassion teams to help care for and maintain the needs of missionaries locally and around the world. Work closely with local non profit Beautiful Day to curate volunteer opportunities for 2,000 people in partnership with Bay Area non-profits, local schools and the like.

Work along side a team of volunteers and staff to create a dynamic community building experience for middle school students. Specific emphasis on middle school females and events related to the like. Administrative support interacting with parents and staff, managing large scale registration events for camps, and other activities.
