I am a driven and passionate insurance professional with over three years of customer service experience and a strong commitment to building meaningful client relationships. My career began at Men’s Wearhouse, where I discovered my passion for helping others and delivering personalized, high-quality service. I quickly grew within my role, developing strong communication skills and a client-first mindset that continues to guide my work today. I later expanded my experience by stepping into an administrative office position, where I demonstrated adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly master new responsibilities while successfully training my replacement.

I currently hold a Texas Limited Lines Insurance License, specializing in auto and motorcycle policies, and have hands-on experience in quoting, underwriting coordination, and policy servicing. I am also proudly managing dual roles as both an Insurance Agent and a Paralegal, which has strengthened my time management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.

I am actively pursuing my Property and Casualty (P&C) License to continue growing within the insurance industry and expand my ability to provide comprehensive, value-driven solutions.
