Faith Sorensen

I began my first year at the school as an instructional aide in a kindergarten classroom. The next year I transitioned to a self contained classroom where I was a one to one aide for the next few years. Then midway through this year I was moved to a preschool class due to budget cuts in the district.

• Followed classroom plans left by class teacher to continue student education and reinforce core concepts.
• Upheld classroom routines to support student environments and maintain consistent schedules.
• Developed strong rapport with students through consistent encouragement and support, fostering a positive learning atmosphere conducive to academic growth.
• Flexible and adaptable moving from different classrooms each day.
