Most importantly helping people, In the beginning I used to work in front of the hospital buildings assisting patients and guests where they needed to be and worked during COVID-19 at Riverside Kaiser Hospital for Laz Parking. We used to hand out masks and reassure guests if they have any symptoms by enforcing rules and polices that were given to us as well as opening and closing the buildings with security during this time of the pandemic. We were given the Valet position as we grew bigger and needed more support as construction was making a parking structure to be able to increase in parking spots. We would have rushes weekly and have about 200 cars a day. It brought and still does bring comfort and strong communication with one another as well as hope in those times of hardships being able to speak to patients as well as my team members learning how to problem solve together and independently when needed in times of hardships having to communicate with patients as well as staff inside the hospital and community to be able to help people in the times of needs and emergencies.
