Counselor Position Duration: 2 Months during Summer Season each year

• Engaged in activities: providing a fun and surveillance on any campers' disputes
• Time-managing abilities: handling activities in an orderly fashion for civilized circumstances
• Maintaining a reliable leadership role: organizes small and large groups of individuals, helping others better communicate and understand one another
• Communicating with children from ages 6-12, understanding needs, frustrations, and communication struggles regardless of the situation
• Communicating efficiently with supervisors and directors to ensure activities and trips run smoothly for both the staff and campers
• Recording any dietary restrictions for the safety of everyone
• Assist maintaining program and attendance record

• Report on time and with proper uniform
• Craft caffeinated and iced beverages
• Provide satisfactory customer service: correctly taking and submitting orders, handling beverages and meals with care, and processing bills and payments accurately
• Ensure orders of any kind are satisfactory to the customer's needs
• Communicate properly and kindly with staff and customers to maintain a reliable environment
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver accurate food orders at accurate times
• Maintain a clean environment for staff and customers during and after open hours
• Handle bulk merchandise, unpacking and unloading individual sale items
