Retail Expansion: Orchestrated financial planning and analysis that supported the growth of our Star Stop convenience store chain from 107 locations in 2021 to 134 locations by 2023, serving major Texas markets including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
Fuel Distribution: Directed budgeting and financial controls for our fuel distribution operations, supplying branded fuels to our retail outlets and third-party clients, thereby enhancing our market presence and revenue streams.

Led negotiations to acquire 27 Burger King restaurants from an existing franchisee, thereby increasing our portfolio tenfold from 3 to 30 restaurants
Created and presented a business plan to high-level Burger King Corporation executives in Miami to secure approval for the acquisition
Worked closely with the lender to obtain financing for the $70MM deal that included the business and a large fee real estate portfolio
Post-closing, assisted the Director of Operations to integrate the newly acquired restaurants
Identified opportunities for new-build restaurants and worked with BKC from site approval to the opening of the restaurant (BK 29002)
