• Floated to the emergency department. Some of the tasks i was able to carry out are as follow:

-Conducted thorough and timely assessments of veterans upon arrival all while prioritizing patient care.

-Managed care for 3 to 4 patients simultaneously ensuring balaced and effective treatement delivery

- Executed ACLS protocols In collaboration with team members such as doctors, nurses and

pharmacists.

-Maintained accurrate documentation and communication with patients and their family members regarding conditions and educaiton.

-Monitored vital signs, Lab values, and imaging results, making necessary adjustements to care plans as required.

• Delivered medical care for adult, adolescent and geriatric ICU patients. Experience includes post operative care for coronary bypass surgery patients, valve replacement, post cath lab procedure management.

• Level 1 trauma center, teaching facility. Patient population ranged from trauma patients such as post motor vehicle accidents, as well as COVID patients. Experience includes ventilator and vasopressor management.

• Level 1 trauma center. Specialized in providing complex critical nursing care to adult patients mainly at 4 Intensive Care Units; Medical ICU, Neurosurgical ICU, Cardiac/Transplant ICU and Surgical Trauma ICU. Also floated to the Emergency department, as well as the Adult acute care units throughout the hospital. Recognized for providing exceptional quality care for patients and their families.

• Tasked with helping students develop objectives and strategizing ways to achieve them while maintaining positive practices. Maintained standards of play and ensured that game rules were observed.
