Fasifa’i Fu’a

Manager at a local cafe in West Seattle serving American breakfast and custom espresso drinks. My duties include opening and closing of shop, taking orders, banking, making schedule, cleaning, inventory, prep, stocking as well as preparing and cooking food orders and running the espresso line as barista.

Mixing and serving Kava (a root drink from the Polynesian islands ) for a private club. My title is a “To’a”;It is an old tradition in the islands where they sing and play instruments while the “To’a” pours the kava in between songs. The members of the club give a cash donation for in exchange for me serving the kava.
